I have seen this menu in youtube , my question is how can I use dvd lab pro to do the "rising white rectangular box"?
I also have sony vegas, my second question is is it more convenient for me to use vegas rather than DLP?
This is my very first post, if I 've made any mistakes, please tell me~
thx everyone and wish everyone a happy new year!

You create it all in your editor - the background video, the box, the test - and then bring it into DLP as the background to a motion menu. You create two cells on the menu, with the buttons becoming active only in the second cell. Use simple underlines under the text that you created in your editor so you don't have to line up sub-pictures. Very simple to do.

thanks very much for your reply, guns1inger ,but I wanna know specifically how the "rising action"
can be done, do you mean i should prepare the rising white rectangular box from other software
and then drag the finished product into DLP?

Everything is done in your editor. Only the finished video should be dragged into DLP.

As an example, the box could easily be done in Vegas using Event Pan and Crop or Track Motion. The box itself, with all the text, could easily be done in Photoshop or any still image program (Gimp, Paint.net - both free), then just animated in the editor.

All DLP is required for is to add the sub-pictures and link these to the movies.
