I have spent the last three hours trying to capture video from my JVC GR-DA30 to my PC using WMM. The camera connects just fine, and starts the capture with no problem. However, in the middle of the capture my computer disconnects from the camera. Not too sure why it is doing this. The camera nor the cables are bothered during the capture. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Could be a lot of different things. Could be that there was a slight break in your filming, and that your capture program saw that as the end of the video, could be that you have a file size limit set in WMM, could be that you ran low on HD space. Start by checking OPTIONS and PREFERENCES in WMM, then make sure you have enough HD space available. If that doesn't work, there are dozens of other capture programs you can try to see if they help...
