The file itself might just be jacked. Run it through AVI_Gain_Regular.bat https://forum.videohelp.com/topic314909.html
That'll hopefully fix the MP3 problem. -
Thanks for trying to help.... I ran normal on the file, started AGK on the result... and VirtualDub crashed with an out of bounds error - GRRRRR .
