What software can you use to add a few seconds to a song?

Well, it depends on the format, but Audacity works. Your question is kind of vague though. What is your actual goal here? What is your source? Are you trying to match audio length to video length? Do you want to stretch the audio to add a few seconds or just add some silence to pad the play length?

I meant add a few seconds of silence to a song. I also only use mp3s.
