I assume you know how to use WMP control

What you need is to make a setup package with :

    - FFDSHOW, I personally prefer CCCP
    - registration and enabling of FLV1 decoder in FFDSHOW ( in client/target machine )
    - registration of FLVSplitter ( in client/target machine )

You can get FLVSplitter from here :

    http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=82303&package_id=183318&release_id=403108

After that you can play any FLV in VB6, i.e., using WMP control..of course

    Good Luck
