I've read on yahoo answers that if you use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit, then export movie at full quality and then let Windows Movie Maker process the video and then upload to youtube.
Has anyone tried this and does it work?

The first thing you should do is stop using Yahoo Answers. It is un-moderated and un-vetted, or it is moderated and vetted by morons. Either way, any advice you receive from it is flawed at best, and completely inaccurate and useless (or even dangerous) at worst. I have never seen a correct or even reasonable answer posted there. Personally, I wish Google would stop ranking their pages.
