Well not quite but after about 5 years it arrives in little more than hour from this post.

I will of course bring my laptop , but I'm afraid that if I start upgrading to phpbb it will take 99.9% of my christmas vacation. My test conversion to phpbb3 beta worked pretty good but I still have a lots to fix after the conversion.
