If I use VSRip to extract Closed-Captions from a DVD, (which gives me the captions in both RAW and SRT format) What program would I use to mux them back in, and how do I do it???
I'm experimenting with something...

Are you sure what you have are "Closed Captions", or could they be "Subtitle" files
Take a look at this guide:
