So how many personal email addresses do you have?

I have two active personal email addresses. A yahoo and a msn account. However I really only mainly use the yahoo account. The msn account is for my xbox live account and registrations. I also have my work email address. However I don't have an active internet connection at work so I never use it for anything except work.

6 personal emails.
Who you are depends on which address you get from me. 1 of these addresses almost never gets checked and when it does, it's usually to 'delete all'.

2 work emails.
1 specific to my location, 1 that will get the email to me no matter where I am in the "corporate" environment. They call it my 'email for life' address. Even if I move across the country or overseas it will still be valid.

About eight at present. I use one more often. I call it my 'spam' email address. I change it regularly, the only difference is it always has a 's' in front of the name. Then if the address gets overloaded, I just make up a new one and add back the 's'. I use it for registering or when ordering over the internet.

I never use my primary address except with friends. Then I also have several 'company' email addresses.

Depending on which email address the mail comes in on, I can sort it much easier.

10 i use frequently. each nym has it's own corresponding hotmail account and then there's a few "real" ones.

I only keep two now. I have had as many as 10, but got tired of juggling who I gave which email address, so I've cut back.

Does it seem like "the inmates running the assylum" scenario when you consider the lengths we go to to avoid spam and other such nonsense? I get real weary of it. If I said "yes" to all the offers that have promised me magic potions to lengthen my penis, I'd have to ride around in a dump truck to haul my package.

4 email addys, they're all used for specific things. i only use server email for ebay, gmail for craiglist, & hotmail for online purchases. work email specifically for work.

Work and home. I also have everyone at work CC to my home account because the server at work and the remote Outlook are crap!

My home address is about a week long and I think that this helps cut down on junk mail. My work address has just been found about a couple of weeks ago by the Viagra and enlargement freinds (Kind of making me feel less of a man some days) But man alive those stock tips! I'll be rich in no time at all!
