naw they're probably upgrading their website. i've seen it happen over the years. cdfreaks.com as well is down and i believe both sites will be up and running again.

yeh, but at least with cdfreaks i can connect, it's just a database error there. rcp1 - 63.214.247.170 - gets and goes nowhere anymore.

Another site I use had a central router blow at the data center, and it's been having connection problems for just about two days now. Maybe rpc1.org is using the same NOC?

Please use the useful cmd *ping* and it should easily answer question for starters.
There is a db failure, so the forum/main site is under maintenance now.
