Convert to MPEG 4-SP

I need to find a way to convert some videos to MPEG 4-SP and they have to be in .avi .mp4 .3gp and .mov extensions

I have tried SUPER but i dont see a MPEG 4-SP so i dont know if there is something else that means the same thing
also supposedly CyberLink PowerEncoder MPEG-4 has the capabilities but i dont see this option anywhere

What was your solution? What software are you using?

I remember my son converting his downloaded music videos to mp4 format for his mobile phone using Nero vision. It worked like a charm. I am currently looking for an alternative to do the same thing with a smaller app.
