    I've got some Avi, that show as 116kbps bit rate. I'm using tmpgenc express and author. Am I right in thinking as long as I can at least match the 116kbps bitrate of the avi, I could encode and author as many as possible on to a 4.7gb dvd disk and still have them play like they do on my PC?
