Converting an ASF (WMV) file

I have a 90MB filefrom a helmet camera and it comes out in ASF format and GSPOT sees it as WMV and I am trying to convert it down to so it can be e-mailed. Suggestions??? When I pull it up in Super it sees it as MP4 type.

Try reconvert with windows movie maker or windows media encoder, choose a lower bitrate.
