    I have a .AVI file I'm trying to convert to play on a Nano. I used the preset for 320x176. I have 2 issues.

    1) It never completes to 100%. It seems stuck at 99%.
    2) The result is 2 files instead of 1. I get one .MP4 video file with no sound and 1 .WAV file.

    How do I get the conversion to work and put it into 1 MP4 file I can play?
