HD video editor tools ?

Hi all,
i am looking for a software like Cyberlink Power Director to edit my hd video (fraps capture at 1280x720 and 1920x1080) and then export/convert in Divx (1280x720 or 1920x1080) to upload on STAGE6. (i want to do all this in a one software)

Actually Power Director and many other software like this don't allow to set a custom resolution, but it constrain up to 1024x768.

I am looking for a software that have the editing power like cyberlink power director 6 and let me chose which codec use and how to set it to encode my video like VirtualDub does.

I need to :
EDIT HD video captured with Fraps (1280x720 and 1920x1080)
ENCODE to Divx format without constrain resolution. (Power Director and many other soft dont allow this)
to UPLOAD on STAGE6.

All this with only one software.

Vegas, Premiere Pro, Vegas Movie studio should be able to handle hd material. But I cannot guarantee that you can save directly to divx HD, test the demo version. Or else export to another hd format and convert to divx hd with dr.divx or use the debugmode frameserver to frameserve the video to external converter.
