    Hey everyone, I'm new here and I don't really know about how to restore videos, but I need help on how to improve the quality and image of the video I'm using. I do have a screencap of the video.

    Can you recapture? This picture has too low a resolution. What is the source?

    Solution is to squint (try it), stand further back (try it), shrink it or as a last resort, blur it.

    That looks a lot like a youtube video resized up. You might try using something like the MSU Smart DeBlocking filter for Virtualdub, however the most likely outcome is a blurry, muddy mess.
