What software would be best compatable to download this video, i think it's a media player

i been trying to use Real Player 11 BETA Download/Recording Manager, i have got it to record and download 1 file
other times it stays on waiting or states unable to record.

I have tried Firefox with the Video Downloader extension but i cannot get it to work.

I cannot understand why there is not a download option, as this is a pay site.

I would also like to put it on to a disc as it's for a project i'm doing.
