I didn't see any posts or guides on this simple matter - I'm about to transfer lots of MiniDV stuff and am unsure which program to use. Any help would be appreciated.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Yes, but it's pretty minimal. Based on your computer profile, you shouldn't have any dropped frames.
