No audio on HDTV playback

I got USB HDTV Tuner (AverMedia6). When I record a program from a HDTV channel and playback with AverMedia6, I got all video and audio. But when I playback the same file with others players like WMP 11, Real Player, VLC player..., I got only video, no audio. I have all codec, filter, gspost installed.
Please advise where is the trouble and what I can do to have all video+audio.

Telling us what format you record in would be helpful. Include details on your audio and video settings. Posting a screen shot of Gspot after you use it to open one of your recorded programs would be even more helpful.

I could be wrong (and have been, many times), but I think the audio track doesn't sit in the standard PID. The AverMedia6 player compensates, but regular players don't know how to handle this. Open the file in DGindex and post the information from here:

It's funny. When I opened my file in DGindex, the Steam is not highlight, I could not see any PID and sound track.
Have you any more idea?
