    did i recode at the wrong speed or something?.....
    when there is fast motion in the video, there are 'lines' thru the video...........is this a frames per second thing?

    I did an AVI synth script and then recoded in Premiere as a MIcrosft AVi - no compression...

    No, this is a "resizing interlaced video without carefully deinterlacing first" thing.
