    I've used this manuel:
    http://forum.videohelp.com/topic275603.html

After all done, i want my subtitle to be shown automaticly when playing the movie,
Is there an easy way to do that?

BTW, i've heard this "force subtitle" options makes problems sometimes,
    any ideas about that?

In Re-Author Mode, DVDShrink can do it quite easily. http://www.dvdshrink.info/forcing_subs.php

Here is a way to do it using IFOEdit:

I can confirm that this method works. However, some DVD players refuse to honor the force subtitles option and it won't work on those players. It will work on most DVD players though.

This is an expanded version of the above:
    subtitles_on_default_pgcedit.

This looks complicated, but in most cases, you just add a single "pre" command and save.
