    Hi, I captured a video and now want to host it on my site in flash-format with an integrated play/pause button.

    Which ways are there to do that?

    Btw: I want the on my host, not youtube or something like that.

    Easiest: Macromedia Flash Professional, it includes a converter and the flash media player.
