I have a video ipod and am trying to convert .avi files to the iPOD, which works OK, but they never seem to fit the full screen with the correct ratio, even though I've selected the '5.5 gen iPOD' convertor drop-down - one would think it would all fit well but it dosen't.
Anyone got any tips? The tops and bottoms are always cut-off and I have to stretch to fit.

This doesn't really answer the question, but you might also try Videora iPod Converter. I've been recommending it over SUPER, at least when it comes to converting videos for the iPod.
