    Hi there, my problem is when i try to drag a .rmvb file to the playlist section, nothing happens (ie the playlist part is still blank).

    Please someone help. Tks.

    Sounds like it doesn't support rm files, at least not the version of your files. Try a different tool maybe. Look in the HOW TO - Convert section.

    Sounds like you need to add the rmvb extension to the list of files for the program to support.
    Goto file extension mgr and on the line for real media add a comma and the rmvb extension. this sould fix the problem

    EO Video needs either Real Player or RealAlternative installed (it always uses external engine for RM/WMV/MOV via DirectX), then it will import RMs, maybe you'll also need to change file extension to .rm.
