I am using AVICodec 1.2.0.113. It reports that a WM9 encoded ASF file has 4.799 fps, while actually the video is totally smooth. Is it a known bug in AVICodec ?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

WM9 can have a variable framerate, which makes calculating the true framerate difficult. While it may appear totally smooth, the framerate could be fluctuating all over the place.
