    If it has an SD-only tuner then no, it can't decode the HD signals & stuck with what you paid for.

    You will be able to watch all OTA digital channels with this TV but they will all be in SD, even the HD channels. It will still look better than analog or regular cable.

    You should find out what level of quality comes with RCA TV. It is not pretty.
