    Can anyone help me please....

I downloaded Koepi's XviD Codec 1.1.3 final and installed it and then downloaded a VirtualDub 64bit version, I am running a Windows XP 64bit (Running on Athlon 64 3000)

Now the problem is when I run my virtualdub and try to select my compression, XVid is not there....

    Help...

That would be because Koepi's build is 32bit. You need to use 32bit VDub or install a 64bit build of Xvid. 32bit apps load 32bit dll's and 64bit apps load 64bit dll's. Did an installer that installs both some time back. Never updated it though.

    celtic_druid does.

I just checked http://ffdshow.faireal.net/mirror/XviD/ and found the build he's referring to (I believe it's XviD64-setup.exe.) But, as mentioned, it hasn't been updated since May 14, 2006.
