    I'm new to this program so this maybe a quick fix and I don't know of it yet, but...

    I have a H.264 Quicktime file that I need to convert to Flash. I do everything it says. I drag the file where they're supposed to be and then hit encode. It encodes in like 1 second and then theres nothing to watch it show the flash file size to be 0.

    I've read some post's on here about his problem and to no avail have I been able to get this to work.

    Any help would be great!

    Check the Log. If it says "Codec mismatch", then try Invert mapping.
