I have 2 one hour episodes. one was recorded at a higher frame rate per second and larger image. so when I recorded both onto a dvd, the smaller one, the pixels are really boxey. is there anyway to convert it to match the other episode that looks normal?

the good quality episode is 29 framerate. the bad boxey looking one is 15. dont know where to look for the resolution. I threw them both into convertxtodvd. the 29 looks good. the other gets boxey like when you record in 8hour mode on a standalone dvd recorder.
