remove text while converting?

I have an avi that I wish to convert to DVD.
I use an avisynth script with CCE.

Unfortunately there is some text I wish to remove
while converting.

I read where using an adaptive blur overlay on the text might
do the trick??

Can this be done thru Avisynth??
Is there a filter?
How would one position the filter??

Or is there a encoder package that includes this type of tools ie
filtering

Delogo or logoaway or the MSU logo removal filter. I don't know of anything that has one built in because they often don't work too well and professionals don't require tools like this. If they want to remove something from a scene they get to play with big boys toys like Mokey.

If you search the site for Delogo you will several long discussions with guides and tips.
