problem in demuxing mkv files

i got problems demuxing/splitting mkv files

i have an mkv file that has

h264 video
an audio
and a multiple subtitle

i tried mkvextractui but it wont extract the h264 video file only the audio and the .srt file
i tried the mkvtoolnix+mkvextractgui but i dont know how to demux using mkvtoolnix
i also tried avimuxgui but it seems like it only mux the files

All i want is:
Extract the H264 Video File, the audio file and the .srt file from the mkv source
then join the H264+Audio+Sub as an AVI/DIVX/Xvid
so my stand alone divx player can read it

i hope some one can enlighten me about this.

You must reconvert the video to divx/xvid. You can use for example alltoavi.
