What are the differences between the two "profiles" CQ and EFZ in the newer versions of Staxrip?

I don't use Staxrip but:
CQ encoding compresses each frame with the specified quality. Some frames will compress more than others. So the size of the output file is unkwown.
EFZ (EFS?) encodes the video to meet a specified size. The quality of the result is unknown.
