I am trying to burn a slideshow with short video clips. Some video was already digital and some was from a 8mm camcorder that I captured through my Canopus with Pinnacle and rendered in AVI format.

Everything sounds great on the computer but when I try to burn to a DVD, the clips that were originally analog have no sound.

    HELP!

You might check those clips with Gspot 2.70 and see what audio format the ones with no sound have. It may be a format that your set top player doesn't recognize. Generally from a DV device they will be PCM and any player should work for that.

Did you convert it all to MPEG format for DVD? Somewhere you may have changed the audio format. Look to the upper left on this page for 'WHAT IS' DVD to see the DVD specifications and format.

    And welcome to our forums.
