WMV Format Capture

Dear Friends,

Now a days i get lot of work for making WMV files for Streaming on Internet. I get Beta and Digi Beta Tapes to make WMV Files.

Please suggest what is the best way to do this? I need a good quality WMV File for this.

Windows Movie Maker. It can give you quite a range of quality output - from really crappy to close to the original. I use it when I need really compact video.
