HELP! DVD Burning VOB files doesnt work

Hi
I followed the how to on burning the files in a VIDEO_TS folder in Nero to make a DVD video however the DVD doesnt work in any dvd player, it cannont be read the DVD drive just makes noises like its reading the disc but nothing happens. The DVD drive does work i've tested it with actual DVDs.
Here is a screen grab of the files i am burning incase this helps.

Try different media.
Try a different burning tool like Imgburn, drag and drop the video_ts folder and burn.

You should follow baldricks suggestions.

Also make sure the video_ts folder is the root directory.

d:/video_ts

It should not be in a subfolder. I've made that mistake once or twice in my early days of burning. Just something to check out
