Tunebite video settings..is anyone out there familar with tunebite?

This is a link to a clip from an episode of greys anatomy. the reason i am posting it is becuase...i bought it on itunes (m4v) and removed the drm protection with tunebite (mp4) and 3ivx and it didnt come out quite right...its watchable and i cant quite describe whats wrong with it, its very subtle but its almost in like a slow motion, or choppy or something...i dunno watch it and see if u notice, what i want is someone who knows tunebite to tell me what settings i need to change so the video doesnt come out like this...if you use tunebite what settings do you use?...should i use the default settings or should i change them for ideal results?..reply to this post if you can help...note: i coverted it from mp4 to wmv cuz there are more software programs out there to split avis and i couldnt upload the whole video cuz its like 500 MB...if you dont know the settings with tunebite..can you recommend another popular program to remove drm protection from itunes audio AND VIDEO?? if (if it is allowed on this forum)

The wife uses Tunebite for audio only and she loves it. I've heard not-so-nice stories about it's video capabilities.

do you think if i bought the tunebite bundled with the mpeg4 encoder that it would produce better results than buying tunebite from tunebites site and 3ivx from 3ivxs site???
