So, trying to get my Mac to get HD video to play on my new HD monitor, I downloaded an HD video. I got a collection of .ts files. These play on my PC, but when I copied the files to my mac, they wouldnt play in either QTime or WMediaPlayer. Hmpf.

Do I need to convert or do I need a codec? Also, can i somehow join the .ts files together so I get 1 movie?

Errr, we're talking newbie stuff here, so go easy on me.
