Problem Converting AVI to xvid AVI (using AutoGK)

When I use AutoGK to convert my DV AVI (Widescreen - 720 480 - 1.2 Pixel Aspect Ratio) to an xvid AVI - the final AVI looks like it got "squashed" back to 0.9 pixel aspect ratio.

Is there any way to stop AutoGK from changing my pixel aspect ratio on the final file???

ctrl-F9 brings up the hidden settings panel. At the bottom left corner you can override the aspect ratio settings that AutoGk uses.
