svcd2dvd shuts down

Every time I add an asset the programme shuts down, I am using build 2.5.2738 and running vista ultimate, the error I get is svcd has stopped working, windows is checking for a solution to the problem, a problem caused the programme to stop working correctly. Windows will close the programme and notify you if a solution is available, and its in a box that has 2 buttons, debug and close programme. I press the debug thing and nothing happens. I cant find any log files to post. I'm not very techy and i use svcd because its so easy and produces good results, please help if you can. Incidentally convertx2dvd and windows dvd maker are also closing down,any ideas please ?

Can you try the latest version (Version 2.5.2800) and make sure you follow the advise here: https://forum.videohelp.com/topic324278.html#1672927

I downloaded the new one, installed it and registered it with no problem. I am now going to try a project, keep fingers crossed....lol, I will report back
