How can I burn the musics from a DVD show/performance to an audio CD ?

There are guides here at Video Help that have other methods if you don't like this one. Look for guides on converting DVD to WAV to find them.

You can rip right from the dvd to wav while converting from 48 to 44 in one step with DGIndex Then use CD Wave Editor to add your track points and create a cue sheet for burning. Use ImgBurn to burn back to cdr, all free in 3 steps.

Or if you want a pay tool you can't beat DVD Audio Extractor, it will extract directly to an image with cue sheet in one step to burn back to cdr, to wav, mp3, OGG, Flac, as one large file or split by chapters, tons if uses and a great program.

DVD Decrypter works good for me. You may need to RIP the DVD using an updated ripper like DVD Fab, create an ISO file using ImgTool Classic , mount using Daemon tools, and use DVD Decrypter in file mode to rip chapters. You can use dgmpgdec to extract ac3 files (select 44.1 KHz) for each individual VOB track. Dump ac3 files into Headache for conversion to wav, maximize wav volumes in Goldwave, and burn audio CD with 0 sec pause between tracks.
