    I have my Hauppauge PVR150 set to automaically record shows to a certain folder. Is there a program that can watch this folder and automatically encode the mpg files to xvid when they are done recording?

    Hauppauge has an app called 'Wing' that works with WinTV 2000 and the scheduler app to automatically encode to other formats.

    I think GBPVR (which should work with the 150) has an option to reencode to XviD after finishing captures.
