    That is it. Does someone know of a magic box out there that will take streaming video off
    the internet and let me get it into a institution's cable system. Thanks.

    Well I would say you just need a computer with a video out. Then simply pipe it over the system the same way you would with any other source - also make sure you use headphone to rca ysplitters to output the sound from your soundcard as well.
