    So I need a small clip for a presentation on a very large screen. I have Frapsed what I needed from the computer screen and I have everything as a nice arrangement in Sony Vegas Video and it's all uncompressed avi.

    I'm very new at editing and compressing so could someone perhaps help me out with what kind of compression I need?
