can anyone recommend TV Tuner?

i have a compaq 3000+(2.16GHz) AMD Athlon XP processor 512 MB PC2700 DDR SDRAM menory, 160GB 7200RPM ultra DMA hard drive, this the info of my PC, im a noob to hardware, so im not shore if you need this info

Do you want to to work well or do you just want to save money? Decide which is import to you. If you want a TV capture card that works well, you could buy a Hauppage model. The PVR-150 is pretty cheap and would do the trick for you. I'm highly skeptical that a card under $30 is going to be as good as Hauppage. I've never heard of this "brand", if it can even be called that.
