Any chance of a PDF version so I can save it to my computer for reference. When I try to save it in Word the right side is cut off, even after adjusting the margines.

For reference, You could save this HTML Guide using Mozilla Firefox 2 - File - Save Page As (Save Whole Page), it will save local menu navigation, Internet Explorer 6 did not saved this page.
