    I ran across a piece of software which will create a DVD with both a photo slideshow (for viewing on a desktop player) and a archive of the original photos on the same DVD. Can't find it. Has anybody else run across such a piece of software? NOT Uleads pictureshow.

    Check out XatShow http://www.xatshow.com . It says you can create disks with both a VCD slideshow and also a PC .EXE slideshow and a PC screensaver all on one disk. I think the Pro version allows you to also archive the original full resolution photos on the same disk.

    Also, in Nero 5.5 you can create VCD slideshow with menus and also there is a checkbox to store the original full resolutio photos in a folder on the same disk. There is a how-to about it at http://www.labdv.com/en/manuals/vcd_photo.php .
