    Hi,

I purchased SVCD2DVD today, having used it before on a friends machine and found it to be perfect for my needs. Although I can get through the registration process without issue, when I go to open the program itself I get the following error message. This appears straight away, I don't even get the splash screen:

Application has generate an exception that could not be handled.

    Process id=0xc24 (3108), Thread id=0xc40 (3136)

I have searched this forum for similiar issues, and have uninstalled .net framework 1.1 and reinstalled it, but still the problem persists. Can anyone help me with this? It really would be very much appreciated, I'm at a real loss here!!!

    Many thanks,

  2. Is this on Windows XP or Vista?
Did you uninstall and reinstall SVCD2DVD when you reinstalled .Net?

    Thanks for the speedy reply.

    This is on XP.

I uninstalled SVCD2DVD before reinstalling .net, but still the issue remained.

I downloaded and installed 2.1, build 2.1.2474, from the official site on Sunday. Is this the latest version?
