question about "Exception Processing Message" error message

I started getting an error message at random intervals. The message is:
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 764ebf9c 4
I recently used Partition Margic to combine 2 partitions of hard drive, so now the E partition desn't exist anymore. Is it possible that this error message is related to the combining of the hard drive sectors? How can I get rid of the error message? It is annoying and it makes a short noise every time it appears. It doesn't seem to affect computer operation however.
I Googled the problem but could not get any clear idea what to do. I am a newbie, so I need detailed explanations. I have xp.

What this usually means is that you have an application that is causing and exception error.
Most often the cause is a virus or other malware.
Use Hijackthis and post the results on http://www.techguy.org/
an expert will tell you if anything is amiss.
