OK so I bought a registration key for ffmpegx

I didn't get a conformation e-mail, as stupid as I am, I bought another key, I didnt get anything ...
I asked for help and no reply was given ...

I have gone to an illegal site to get a serial number and registered your product using an illegal name so I can use the full version.

Congratulations, Your great product has lousy service.

Now lets ponder this question ... how could my attempts to get an illegal serial number have been prevented?

Once again, one GREAT product for my mac but WTF with your big shoes do you think you can scam people like that...
