    Hello,
    I've got an intel mac here and i've been trying to burn an avi video file to a dvd with the subtitles, but it seems that just about every program i download can't read the .srt file. I've tried using Toast 8 and IDVD along the way. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Are you trying to convert to avi to DVD ? Or just as data ?

    to DVD. Can burn them as data just fine and they play in VCL no problem
